Abstract
The current column covers selected procedural developments at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2019. During the reporting period, the Court faced serious challenges and controversies. To some extent, its credibility as a judicial institution has been undermined by certain decisions. Nevertheless, as in recent years, the ICC has delivered numerous decisions, taking such opportunities to clarify specific aspects of proceedings before the Court.
